We buy companies to keep them.

We seek a specific class of company in Brazil: small and mid-sized, profitable and resilient, with a long track record, led by their founders or by the successors they raised. Rosa IX exists to serve, not to shine: it gives the companies it holds true autonomy to serve their customers better and generate strong returns. What matters gets through: trust, reputation, relationships. The noise stays out: market cycles, passing trends, short-term pressure.

In return, each company provides a durable stream of cash that enables the acquisition of more companies. Every decision is judged by its contribution to the durability of compounding in an indefinite time horizon, not by some target that expires at a fixed point in time.

What we look for

Resilient cash flows.

• EBITDA between R$ 4 and 25 million, roughly US$ 1 to 5 million
• Profitable and cash-generative for many years
• Leaders of small niches, in markets too small to attract organized competition
• Long-standing customers, with no dependence on a single contract
• A founder, or a successor they raised, who stays in charge
